We first met Madison when she worked for another mobile grooming service. Levi is an anxious and reactive dog, but Madison was patient, kind, and gave him the time he needed to feel comfortable. Her compassion and dedication were clear from the start, and that trust has only grown over time. When Madison left to start her own grooming business, we didn’t hesitate to follow her. She has been Levi’s groomer ever since, and I can confidently say that she is exceptional at what she does. Not only does she do a fantastic job with his grooming, but she also prioritizes his well-being, making sure he feels safe throughout the process. Despite our past trauma, I fully trust Madison to care for Levi. It’s rare to find someone whose heart is truly in their work, but with Madison, it shows in everything she does.
